This patch applies to Sage Pro ERP 2010 with SP1

These instructions supplement and clarify the program documentation   
for Sage Pro ERP 2010.

In case of a conflict between information in this file, the 
Documentation on Disk, and the manuals, use the information in this 
file first, then the Doc on Disk, and then the printed manuals.

Federal Changes:

This patch includes the change for Publication 1220 
Rev. Proc. 2010-26.

Changes for Filing Forms 1099 Electronically:
1099-A Record

1. A record - Payer “A” Record moved the Combined Federal/State Indicator from field position 26 to
field position 6.

2. A record - Payer “A” Record, expanded Type of Return field from a one position to a two
position field. Previously the field position was 27, now it is field positions 26-27.
Installing This Patch

Changes for Filing Forms 1099 Form:
1099-INT

1. Added bOX 10: Tax-exempt bond CUSIP no. (Sage PRO ERP doesn't support box 10.)

To Install the Patch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Log all users out of Pro Series and close the program.
   
2. Create a full backup of the Sage Pro system before installing this patch.

3. Exit Sage Pro.

4. Extract the files in P91559_Pro2010.exe to a temporary directory (i.e. C:\AI_TEMP).

5. Copy the AP1099.PRG/FXP, AP109C.FRX/FRT, AP109L.FRX/FRT files to the Sage Pro AP folder,
   (i.e. C:\PRO2010\AP), overwriting the existing files.

6. Copy the ProPatch91559.pat to the Sage Pro ERP root directory (i.e. C:\PRO2010).

7. Restart Pro Series.
