I. General Information 
----------------------

PTR 89710 - DASHBOARD CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE FAILS WITH CONVERTED COMPANY 

The following error were getting while opening the customer maintenance screen in Pro 75 Dashboard.
"The given key was not present in the dictionary."

It happens if your company doesn't has any defaults specified for customer maintenance in the rules table.


II. Installation Instructions 
-----------------------------

1. Extract the file P89710_PRO75.exe file.

2. Verify that all users are logged out of Sage Pro Dashboard and close the application.

3. Verify that you have made a complete backup of your Sage Pro Dashboard program folders, 
   system data and company data before running this fix tool.

4. Navigate to the temporary folder selected in Step 1.

5. Copy the four *.dll files to the Sage Pro Dashboard installation directory (Typically in, C:\Program Files\Sage Software\Sage Pro ERP 7.5 Dashboard ).

6. Copy the Patch89710.pat file to the Sage Pro root folder (i.e. C:\pro75).
