Session Number Displays “0000” as the Last Session in any Report Option Grid Using Session Range

Issue

This usually occurs after a conversion when various reports cannot be created in Sage Pro ERP. Although the session numbers populating the SYUSESS.Usesession and SYSDATA.Sessno fields appear to be correct, the report option grid displays the Session Range “0000.” The issue persists even after all System Recovery tools have been utilized.

Solution or Workaround

This can be resolved by creating a transaction related to the affected report; this will enter a new SYSDATA.Sessno record. Generate the report; the “0000” session number will be replaced by the correct session number from SYSDATA.Sessno. Once the report has been generated, reverse this transaction.
