“Report FRX file C:\[SageProInstallationFolder]\GL\GLICTP is missing” Message Appears When Generating Inter-Company Transactions Report in General Ledger

When generating the Inter-Company Transactions (ICT) report in General Ledger (GL), the following message may appear:

Report FRX file C:\[SageProInstallationFolder]\GL\GLICTP is missing

This occurs after a conversion from a previous version of Sage Pro ERP to Sage Pro 7.4 Build 3400. The missing file described in the message may either be GLICTM or GLICTU, depending on options selected for the report.

Solution or Workaround

This issue only occurs after a conversion to Sage Pro 7.4 Build 3400 and ICT is installed. It appears only when this report is generated in GL, ICT reports in Accounts Payable are not affected. The issue is created when the conversion routine incorrectly identifies these report files as obsolete and moves them to the Obsolete folder.  The following files are incorrectly moved during this process:

  • GLICTM.FRT
  • GLICTM.FRX
  • GLICTP.FRT
  • GLICTP.FRX
  • GLICTU.FRT
  • GLICTU.FRX

This issue is documented under PTR 84974 to be addressed in future product.

Solution

To resolve this issue, copy these files from the Obsolete folder of the Sage Pro installation to the GL program folder.
