The folowing message occurs when generating the 941 report:

Error 12: variable not found caled from g_prvfrx

Solution or Workaround

Important
Create a full and verified backup before proceeding. This should first be attempted in a test installation and the results should be fully verified before implementing in a live system.

Sage Pro 7.3 to 7.4

This message occurs if you did not install or install the patch folder files incorrectly that were included in the March 31st payroll update. To resolve the issue, locate the patch folder in the March 31st update and read the readme instructions to apply the patch to resolve the error.

Sage Pro 7.5.

The error can be resolved by installing Sage Pro 7.5 Service Pack 2.
