Issue

A PO corrections or PO return with the apply to feature cannot be made for a non-stock item. In Pro 7.5 a program change was made to not allow PO correct if the issue would put the inventory into a negative value. No non-stock inventory is also being blocked in the same way, even when the value being returned is the same or less than the current average value; “Revised value of item SERVICE1 is greater than the current inventory on hand value. Revising this item will result in a negative on hand value.”

Solution or Workaround

PTR 91347 was entered. The issue has been patched in Pro 7.5, 2010 and 2011. Patches are available for download.
