Solution:

This article explains how to change the licensed company name for an existing Sage Pro ERP installation; without reinstalling the product.

A new activation code is required to change the company name for the software license. Follow the steps below:

1. Insert the Sage Pro ERP installation CD and navigate to the Sage Pro folder.
2. Locate and double-click the setupccn.exe file.
3. Click Next; the Software License Agreement screen appears.
4. Click I Accept; the Choose Destination Location screen appears.
5. Click Browse and navigate to the Sage Pro ERP root installation directory.
6. Click Next to continue; the ACCPAC Product Registration screen appears.
7. Type the new company name into the Company field.
8. Type the new activation code into the Product field.
9. Type the new options code into the Add-on field, if applicable.
10. Click Next to continue.
11. Click OK when the software license name change is complete.
