Inventory does not issue out with Manage Inventory Counts, IC issues or shipments.

This can happen when using a costing method of FIFO or LIFO and there is some sort of data corruption in ICCOST (Cost Tier Table). If a valid item, location, or tier creation date does not exist for a record the corresponding inventory issues will not work. There are no known program issues that would create this bad data.
