Q: AR invoices will group multiple line items for the same item as one line and sums the total quantity and cost. Customer request to have an option to not group the line items for the same item, instead show them on separate lines on the invoice.

Steps to Recreate
- Create an AR invoice for ACP1.
- Add 3 separate line items for item A2EW, assign each line item a quantity of 1.
- Preview the invoice, it summarizes the quantity and cost. Since the user created separate line items for the same item. Customer request to have the option to not group the line items on the invoice if the items are identical.
A: This enhancement has been reported in PTR 88967 and has been submitted to Sage Pro Development to be evaluated for future build. To check the status of this PTR, please contact Sage Customer Support.
Currently multiple line items of the same item will be displayed on the invoice if::
- The the price is unique for each line item.
- A unique description is assigned for each line item.
- A customer note has been entered for each line item.
