Issue

The following error message appears when right-clicking on an editable field within Sage Pro 7.4 ERP Build 3400:

Error 16: Unrecognized command verb. Called from m_popupmenu Line number: 122

The error can be reproduced by the steps below:

1. Type text into any editable field or textbox. Ensure that this text includes a double-quote (”).
2. Select the text.
3. Right-click the text, point to Clipboard and click Add Clip.
4. Click Add.
5. Right-click the same field or any other editable field and the error will appear
   

   Solution or Workaround

   This error occurs when saved text that contains a double-quote (“) to the Clipboard. Removing the double-quote from the Clipboard text will prevent the error.

   This issue has been documented under PTR 84922.
