Error 1925 Message When Processing a RMA

The following error appears when processing a RMA.

Error 1925:  Unknown member SO_OUTER.

Build Information

Sage Pro 7.4 with Service Pack 3 (SP3)

Steps to Recreate

  1. Select Prevent blank Store and Bin locations for receipts in IC setup.
  2. Open RMA application module.
  3. Assign CABL 16-BLK to Warranty ID 1YRWAR
  4. Save.
  5. Create an inventory receipt for CABL 16-BLK and assign it to a bin.
  6. Create a sales order for item CABL 16-BLK and assign Warranty ID 1YRWAR with an extended warranty line item.
  7. Save.
  8. Ship and invoice the order.
  9. Open the RMA module.
  10. Select the Auto Number RMA Documents option in RMA setup and save.
  11. Enter a RMA for the invoice for item CABL 16 BLK.
    • Select Replacing from the Forlist.
    • Select Return from the Reasonlist.
  12. Accept default RMA number and click OK.
  13. Process The RMA and the following message appears:Error 1925:  Unknown member SO_OUTER.

Solution or Workaround

This issue has been reported in PTR 89348 and has been submitted to Sage Pro Development to be evaluated for future build.
