Solution or Workaround

Important

The following should only be done by a Sage Certified Consultant or Business Partner. Create a full and verified backup before proceeding. This should first be attempted in a test installation and the results should be fully verified before implementing in a live system.

This error will only occur when converting a Sage Pro SQL installation where sample company 99 has been manually removed from the existing installation. To resolve the issue use the suggested steps provided below.

  1. Restore the entire installation from backup.
  2. Import sample company 99 or any company from another Sage Pro SQL installation of the same version and build as company 99. You can also recreate a new company 99 under System Manager.
  3. Redo conversion/installation.

The issue has been reported in PTR 75154, and is addressed in Sage Pro 7.4.
