Issue

The performance of printing purchase orders is very slow when printing through any of the following processes:

• Printing directly after saving a purchase order
• Click the print icon while previewing a purchase order
• Printing from the  Print menu

Reports in the Purchase Order module and sales orders are not affected.

Solution or Workaround

In one instance, this was caused when the Sage Pro ERP 7.3 Build 3300 Service Pack Cumulative (SPC) was installed onto a Sage Pro 7.3B Build 3301 installation.

To resolve this issue, the erroneous files from Build 3300 must be removed and the correct files from Build 3301 must be reinstalled.
