Issue

Recalculate application balances for Inventory Control (IC) will take approximately 1 hour or more using a Microsoft SQL. Using the same data set on a Microsoft Visual FoxPro, recalculating the application balances for IC will take only 3 minutes.

Recalculate application balances for IC, it will take approximately 1 hour to complete using a large data set. Customer data set was used to reproduce issue.
