Issue

The following message may appear when performing a transaction in Sage Pro or when logging into Sage Pro:

Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-create the index (Error 114)

Solution or Workaround

Important
The following should only be done by a Sage Certified Consultant or Business Partner. Create a full and verified backup before proceeding. This should first be attempted in a test installation and the results should be fully verified before implementing in a live system.

This message indicate table corruption. To fix the tables use the Check Table Integrity in System Manager. Please refer to the System Manager user guide for more information on using the Check Table Integrity feature.

In some circumstances, check table integrity may not fix the table corruption. If this occurs, please contact you Sage Business Partner to fix the corruption.

If you are not able to login to Sage Pro due to the error you may need to rebuild the database container (PRODATA.DBC).
