After Microsoft Outlook email security updates have been applied, the following message appears anytime an email is sent through Message Master in Sage Pro ERP:

A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf.

The email must be approved before it can be sent. This is true for any program that uses this MAPI feature.

Solution or Workaround

Please refer to Microsoft articles 263092 and 262631 which discuss this issue. This is a Microsoft design feature and each email must be approved before it can be sent. Also when sending large broadcast emails, each email must be individually approved.
