Issue
In specific conditions, a report option grid maybe blank. This occurs when themes (example Windows XP theme) have been enabled on your Microsoft Windows operating system to change visual appearance of desktop.
Steps to Recreate
Recreated using sample company 99 data and Microsoft visual themes enabled.
- Open the Accounts Receivable (AR) application module.
- Create a customized form based on ARIBBW, no modification to the custom form is needed
- Save the form.
- Click No to not print to a specific printer.
- Under the Print menu, click Invoices or Credit Memos.
- Click Individual.
- Set the From Type filter to Basic.
- Tab through the filters and click Print button when active.
- Tab through the fields in the next option grid until the Report Form list is active.
If you move your cursor around the option grid, the option grid will be blank. You can press SPACEBAR to display the Report Form list, but the option grid will remain blank.
Solution or Workaround
This has been reported in PTR 86852 and has been addressed in Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Sage Pro 7.5. To resolve the issue in versions prior to Sage Pro 7.5, disable any Microsoft Windows visual themes on the workstation.
