Issue
When printing W2 laser forms there is no option to select from the drop down in order to edit the form. This was available in Pro 7.5 but not in Pro 2010 or 2011.
Solution or Workaround
PTR 91767 has been entered for review.As a workaround:
1. PR – Maintain – Check Format – Edit form
2. When the list of available forms appears select PREW2L
Modify this form and save. Once the custom form is created the program will default to the custom form. They will not be able to change back to the standard form until the custom form is delated.
Steps to Duplicate
1. PR – Print W-2 forms – Print Laser W-2’s
2. Enter all required information on the grid. You can print the form but not customize or change a selection form an existing custom form to a standard form.
