The following message appears when entering direct deposit information.

Directory must contain WebPay files. Please refer to the Entering Direct Deposit Information section in the documentation.

Solution or Workaround

Direct deposit is an add-on product that is purchased separately and its’ installation is included as a part of the add-on activation code. If it has not been purchased or installed, this message may occur.

Please contact a Sage to determine whether Direct Deposit has been included as a part of the add-on activation Code.
