Issue
When converting from Vision Point to Sage Pro Payroll, as it gets to the deductions screen, user may see duplicates of the same Deduction ID in the list.
Solution or Workaround
To correct this situation, log into the Payroll module in Vision Point, go to the Employees File, find the Deduction ID’s that showed up multiple times in the list and make sure that the Frequency (Freq), Period (Per), and Type for each Deduction ID is set up the same for all of the employees. If any of these values are different, the conversion process will interpret each as a unique Deduction.
