Solution or Workaround
Important
The following should only be done by a Sage Certified Consultant or Business Partner. Create a full and verified backup before proceeding. This should first be attempted in a test installation and the results should be fully verified before implementing in a live system.
This error will only occur when converting a Sage Pro SQL installation where sample company 99 has been manually removed from the existing installation. To resolve the issue use the suggested steps provided below.
- Restore the entire installation from backup.
- Import sample company 99 or any company from another Sage Pro SQL installation of the same version and build as company 99. You can also recreate a new company 99 under System Manager.
- Redo conversion/installation.
The issue has been reported in PTR 75154, and is addressed in Sage Pro 7.4.
