Issue

One user gets an error 41 when logging into Pro. They tried deleting the user and adding them back in but get the same problem.

Solution

Maintain Users and check the designated autocomplete folder for the user. Change the autocomplete folder to a new folder. This should not be assigned as the users Windows profile folder.
