Issue

In Account Maintenance, the following attributes cannot be edited:

• Term
• Type
• Ratio Group
• Subtype
• Cash Flows Code

Solution or Workaround

To make the attributes editable, the Accounts attributes editable option must be enable in Change General Ledger System Information. Please refer the following steps for more details.

1. Open the General Ledger (GL) application module.
2. Under the File menu, click Change Setup Information.
3. Check the Accounts attributes editable option.

The attributes in Account Maintenance should be now editable for any GL account.
