Q: The user runs the Magnetic Media Tax Update for January 2005 and finds the output file has a name other than PR[year]xx.txt.

A: New York State has a requirement for naming their output file. The output file should be in this format: NYqqyynn.txt. ‘qq’ is the period of the fiscal calendar, ‘yy’ is the year of the fiscal calendar and ‘nn’ is the company number.
