Issue

 

The following message appears when attempting to make a direct payment for a vendor:

No pending prenotes or approved payments found.
Direct payment canceled.

Solution or Workaround

To make a direct payment, you must have an payable with a payment priority set to “T” (Direct Payment). If you do not have any payables set to this priority you cannot make a direct payment for these payables.
