“None Can Be Found.” Message Appears When Attempting to Print Work Order Travelers

Issue

When trying to print Work Order (WO) Travelers, the following message appears: “None Can Be Found.”

This occurs for newly created orders that have a blank record in the WOMAST.Prtid field. Sage Pro ERP system maintenance tools do not resolve this issue. Importing the data to another installation also does not resolve this issue. However, other companies can still print within the original installation.

Solution or Workaround

This is usually a data issue due to the following two factors:

  • When this company is imported into a fresh installation, the issue still occurs.
  • Other companies within the original installation can successfully print WO Travelers.

The WOMAST.Wono field is populated with the letter “F” while all other records in this row are populated with a “\.” The “F” is incorrect and this corrupted record should be removed. Repack the database and reindex the application and system files. It should now be possible to print the WO Traveler. If it still does not print, create a new transaction and attempt to print again. The WO Traveler should now print.
