Issue
The following message appears when importing a company into Sage Pro
One or More application in the Import Data File does not exist in this installation.
Cannot Proceed.
Solution or Workaround
This message occurs one of the following scenarios:
- The company you are importing has additional modules that your current installation does not currently have installed. To resolve the issue, install the missing modules. Please refer to solution 21348 for more information on adding additional modules to your existing Sage Pro installation.
- Your current installation has the same modules installed as the company you are attempting to import, but none of the companies are using the missing modules that exist in the source company. To resolve the issue, add the missing application to any company in Company File Maintenance which will allow your to import the company without error. For more information on adding applications modules for Sage Pro, please refer to your System Manager user guide.
