Q: This solution provides information on the Postat field found in the POMAST and POTRAN tables.

A: The Postat field is a flag indicating the status of the PO. Valid values for Postat are provided below.

 

  • Blank = Normal (Open)
  • C = Completed (Received)
  • V = Voided
  • X = Line item has been deleted from order (This value applies to only POTRAN.Potype).

Data Dictionary information for tables and fields can be found in the Detail Table report found in System Manager (SM).
