Issue
When printing a payroll check with the overflow option a second record is created in PRCHCK. When voiding the check only the first record gets marked as a void. The check will still appear on the check register. The option for overflow stubs in PR was added to Pro 2010.
Solution or Workaround
If the check is voided a second time it will completely void the check. This has been resolved with a patch in Pro 2011 PTR 91821.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Add enough deductions to an employee to create an overflow stub when printing checks.2. Create a new posting for that employee.3. Print a check for that employee and check the option for overflow.
4. Void the check and print the Check register. It will still be included in the check register.
