Q: This article explains what type of information can be imported into Sage Pro ERP Payroll.
A: Only external postings can be imported into Sage Pro ERP Payroll. External postings are employee payroll postings from an external source file. The file contains information such as pay period begin and end date, pay rate, unit and employee number. Refer to the table below to view which information can be imported into Sage Pro Payroll.

| TAXTERR | Tax territory for this line item |

| ENDDATE | Pay period end date |
| DAYSWRK | Number of days worked |
| TOTLPAY | Total earnings posted |
| PAYRATE | Pay rate for this line item |
| INTIME | Start time for this line item |
| OUTTIME | Stop time for this line item |
| TIMETH | Time Entry Method (T = start and stop time entry, H = hours entry) |
| DEPTID | Department ID (unique identifier for the department as assigned to employees) |
