Q: This article explains why the Detail/Summary option and Unbilled PO Receipts report are unavailable.

A: This occurs when the Purchase Order (PO) module has not been installed for that company. As a result, the Unbilled PO Receipts report cannot be printed. To resolve this issue, install PO for the affected company.
