Q: The Enter History option may not be available on the Employee Master Maintenance screen. This option is usually located in the list in the header.
A: This option is only available for newly created employees; existing employees do not require this feature. It is only available until a posting is entered for that new employee. At that point, the option is removed from the list and historical information can no longer be entered.
