Issue
When entering a finished good work order and entering a negative quantity required or when enter a negative post complete the issue of the finished good will use the rolled up cost of the components and post to GL with that cost. The finished good item will also get decremented from the item at location and will lower the cost of the on hand value by the current average cost. This will most likely cause a discrepancy of cost between the transactions recorded in ICTRAN and ICDIST posting to GL and the current on hand value at the location.
Since entering a negative quantity the item is not getting built from the components it should not issue at the rolled up cost. Instead it should issue at the current average cost at the location being issued from.

Steps to Duplicate
1. Create 2 new items and assign to WH1
FG1 with on hand quantity of 10 at a cost of 100.00
COMP1 with a qty of 10 and cost of 1.00
2. Create a new BOM for FG1 with component COMP1 with a required QTY of 1 and save
3. Either enter a negative work order for a qty of -1 or enter a negative post complete transaction in PE for a QTY of -1
4. Complete the transaction and check the IC Journal. The posting for the finished good issued will be for 1.00
5. Maintain the item FG! at location and check the Cost Usage tab. The item will now have a QTY of 9 with an on hand value of 900.00 This is the correct amount but will not agree with the transaction postings.
