Code 128 labels

I am the first to admit I am not that experienced with bar codes in Pro 2011. We always use Code 39 and it works easily. I have a client that has a fulfillment partner and they use Code 128. I downloaded a free font and guessed at the setting in IC setup. I think the setup is preventing it from working properly. Can anyone help with the setup screen and will a free font work in your opinion?

What is the preamble character for the scanner?
Font name font size suggestions/
